Welcome to Bonanza Shooter: Bubble Snap ("the Game"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

The Game is developed and published by Playtouch ("we," "us," or "our").

4. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual items cannot be transferred or exchanged for real money
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

Refund requests should be directed to the platform where you made the purchase (Google Play Store).

The Game displays advertisements from third-party advertising networks. By using the Game, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements are an integral part of the free-to-play experience
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• Clicking on advertisements may redirect you to external websites

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYTOUCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Playtouch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.
